Raffaele Scoccia is an Italian composer, pianist, and producer whose music blends contemporary classical, cinematic atmospheres, and introspective minimalism. Born in Italy and shaped by years spent between Europe and New York, Scoccia developed an early connection with music, composing his first melodies as a teenager after discovering the piano at the age of fourteen.
Influenced by composers such as Chopin, Erik Satie, Ennio Morricone, and Nino Rota, alongside artists ranging from Radiohead to Deep Purple, his work is characterized by nostalgic lyricism, emotional depth, and contemplative silence. His solo piano composition represent his most authentic form of expression.
His music seeks to transform memory, nature, and inner reflection into intimate sonic landscapes where melody and silence coexist with sincerity and emotional resonance.
